CyberMeru Technologies is an IT consulting and services company founded in 2019 having expertise in ERP and focus on emerging technologies like RPA, AI/ML, IOT, Data Science etc.
Our core competency is in implementation, upgrade, rollout, support and customizations in the standard Oracle E-Business suite (On Premise and Cloud). Our strong ERP skills combined with domain knowledge helps in effective implementation of Automation projects using RPA technology. With these distinctive capabilities, we are the obvious choice of customers for driving their Digital Transformation initiatives as well.
Not just large Enterprise level customers, we also cater to the IT needs of mid and small level organizations who cannot afford to implement and maintain the standard ERP systems due to the limited budget. These organizations need systems/applications developed as per their specific requirements within reasonable costs. We engage with these customers, understand their requirements and provide them custom solutions using stand-alone apps, web apps or mobile apps.

CyberMeru Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been founded by two dynamic entrepreneurs, with 20+ years of rich experience in corporate IT, Vinod Bakhare and Piyush Kulkarni. Both come from tier 2 city of Kolhapur where they started their career in IT, working as FoxPro Programmers in a small software development company. They moved to the city of Pune in search of better opportunities and professional growth. Employment was all time low and it was a huge struggle for both. In the year 2001, they first met each other when they applied for a job in the IT department of one of the Top Newspapers company. Since then, they are together, as friends, as family. This strong bond of ever- strengthening relationship has helped put the foundation stone of CyberMeru!
Vinod Bakhare ( Co-founder and Director )
Vinod Bakhare is a Co-founder and Director of CyberMeru Technologies and is responsible for overall leadership, strategy and management of the company. He has 21+ years of experience in IT service industry and has successfully delivered in different progressive roles starting from Programmer in a small software firm to a Delivery Manager in a multinational company.
Piyush Kulkarni ( Co-founder and Director )
Piyush Kulkarni is a Co-founder and Director of CyberMeru Technologies and is responsible for overall Leadership, Strategy and management of the company. He has 20+ years of experience in IT service industry and has performed different roles in technical and management stream, from Software Engineer in a small IT company to a Delivery Manager in a multinational company.
CyberMeru has a Headquarter in Pune (India) and we are in a process of setting up our sales offices in Houston (TX, US) and London (UK). This enables us to serve customers in all the time-zones in the world.

Vinod Bakhare ( Co-founder and Director )
Vinod Bakhare is a Co-founder and Director of CyberMeru Technologies and is responsible for overall leadership, strategy and management of the company. He has 21+ years of experience in IT service industry and has successfully delivered in different progressive roles starting from Programmer in a small software firm to a Delivery Manager in a multinational company.
Before founding CyberMeru Technologies, Vinod was working in an Indian MNC KPIT Technologies Ltd. for more than 15 years. During this tenure, as a Consultant and then as a Lead, he contributed on multiple implementation, support and enhancement projects. As a Project Manager, He handled multiple projects for a large customer account from Manufacturing industry. As Sr. Project Manager, he was instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing different operational models for delivery which helped in significant improvement of productivity and profitability. He also designed frameworks for ‘productivity calculation’ and ‘objective performance evaluation’ which were accepted as an organizational asset. Multiple delivery processes designed by him helped streamline the complex operations and improved the service delivery levels. As a Delivery Manager, he led the AMS delivery of a multi-million dollar customer account from Oil & Gas industry, where he achieved significant delivery-led-growth for that account.
Apart from his Oracle EBS skills, Vinod’s management skills include People Management, Project/Program Management, Transition Management and Change Management. He is a strong believer that there should not be any dependency on individual person in the project or in the organization. Processes should be designed and implemented in such a way that any person should be able to handle the task by following the laid down processes. He follows Continuous Improvement approach in everything he does in his professional and personal life.
Vinod has received multiple awards in his career for his contribution to the projects and the organizations. However, the award which is closest to his heart is – ‘Innovator @ KPIT’ award, which he received at the hands of eminent scientist Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar. This award was given to Vinod by the innovation council of KPIT Technologies Ltd as a recognition for his innovative ideas submitted time to time.
He has done his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shivaji University, a Diploma in Information Systems Management and an Executive MBA from a premier B-School, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has done certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma as well.
Vinod loves Indian classical and Bollywood music, photography, reading books and likes to watch movies over the weekend. He stays in Pune with his wife Madhavi, who is a fashion designer, running her own fashion-boutique and son Atharva, who is pursuing his Bachelor’s in Statistics.

Piyush Kulkarni ( Co-founder and Director )
Piyush Kulkarni is a Co-founder and Director of CyberMeru Technologies and is responsible for overall Leadership, Strategy and management of the company. He has 20+ years of experience in IT service industry and has performed different roles in technical and management stream, from Software Engineer in a small IT company to a Delivery Manager in a multinational company.
Piyush has a proven track record in driving strategic planning, systems and process development and implementation, focusing on business transformation, best practice and client satisfaction. Having consulted on a diverse range of projects, Piyush has extensive expertise across private and public sectors from Government to global blue-chip companies.
During his 14 years stint in KPIT Technologies Ltd., apart from his contribution in successful project deliveries, his key contributions include designing a Product for Malaysia GST, initiative for generating reusable components and Training-on-Demand initiative. He was also instrumental in designing multiple utilities/tools which act as accelerators in implementations, rollout and upgrade projects.
Piyush’s Technological skills, business ability and Entrepreneurial aptitude helps to deliver state-of- the-art business solutions. His creative personality and incredible vitality helped his all earlier organizations to move next dimensions in very short span.
Piyush is having Expertise in Software and Delivery Project Management in Government segment, Media, SCM, Manufacturing, Retail, Oil & Gas and EPC (Engineering Procurements & construction).
Piyush has done his Master’s in Computer Management from University of Pune.
Piyush loves Sports, he has played county cricket and has represented Shivaji University during his college days. He is also an amateur Badminton player. He likes Bollywood music, reading books and watching movies over the weekend. He stays in Pune with his wife Sapna, who is a Solution Architect in an IT MNC in Pune.
