Students graduating in 2026 or those who graduated in 2025 with a 4-year engineering or technology degree, who studied AI & ML subjects, and are 18 years or older can participate. There should be no education gap in the degree course.
Participants can register individually or as a team of up to 4 members. Individual participants may be grouped into teams by CyberMeru if shortlisted.
Each participant can submit only one entry. A participant cannot be part of multiple teams.
There is a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1000 per participant for shortlisted teams/individuals. It will be refunded after the hackathon if the participant/team attends the entire event.
Participants are required to bring their own laptops and accessories, with all necessary software installed. Breakfast, lunch, and tea will be provided.
Yes, participants are allowed to work on their projects after 9 PM and can continue working from their home as well. There are no restrictions on working hours as long as the final submission is completed before the deadline.
Each team will have a 30-minute presentation to explain the problem statement, approach, individual contributions, technologies used, and the final solution. Details of problem statements will be shared on the first day of the event.
