We help organizations expedite the hiring process by conducting the technical evaluation of the candidates in the first-round, using the network of vetted industry professionals registered with us as freelance interviewers, who conduct the interviews via video conference.

What is there in it for the - Organizations/Recruiters/Staffing Agencies​

  • Most of the time, 3 to 4 candidates are evaluated before shortlisting a candidate for the second round of the interview. Each candidate is normally screened by internal senior IT consultants. These senior consultants are spending their valuable time interviewing candidates instead of concentrating on the projects.
  • We will take over the technical screening process, and help you identify the right technical resources you need, while your team stays focused on the project deliverables.
  • You can involve the internal senior consultants in the next rounds of evaluation for the shortlisted candidates which will be the most effective way of utilizing their valuable ti
  • It is also possible that your only available senior consultant has resigned and there is nobody else in your organization to evaluate the replacement candidate. Candidate’s evaluation will happen on the High quality video conference call which will be recorded for quality & training purposes or for any future references. This video recording will be shared with you along with the evaluation report.

  • Candidate will be evaluated by one of the registered freelance interviewer who will have more industry experience than the candidate in the relevant skill. Based on the JD shared by you, candidate’s suitability will be assessed on the technical skills and soft skills. The discussion with the candidate will happen for around 45 to 60 minutes so that a quality evaluation can happen.
  • Our detailed evaluation report will contain the technical strengths and weaknesses, communication skills. Each technical skill will be rated on the scale of 1 to 10 to help you take a decision about the candidate by comparing multiple candidate evaluations
  • It is possible that your internal consultants who can evaluate the candidate are very busy on the project deliverables due to the aggressive project deadlines and hence not able to spare time for the technical evaluation of the candidates. Only your Talent Acquisition Group can very well understand this scenario as they face it every day.
  • This delays your hiring process and can impact the revenue projections if this a revenue-leakage position.
  • We help you evaluate the candidate with 24 hours Turn-Around-Time for the detailed evaluation report.

  • We respect the confidentiality of candidate’s profile/resume and it will neither be used for any other purpose than the evaluation by us nor will be shared with any external parties. NDA will be signed with your organization.

  • Our interviewers get to see the resume of the candidate without any identification details or contact details.

Relieving the internal team from the first-round evaluation task, and letting them focus on their ongoing project deliverables, which is their primary responsibility, will help enhance their productivity.

What is there in it for the - Freelance Interviewers​

You will get Text, Email, App based notifications for relevant interview opportunities. You need to confirm your availability

  • Interviewer’s profile will not be shared with the candidate or with any external parties. Even on the video conference call, interviewer’s video will not be visible.  Unique profile-name (nick name) will be assigned to the interviewer, which will be used as the User-name for the conference call or for any communication related to the assignment.

  • You will not be assigned the interview of the candidate who is from your current/past organizations to avoid any conflicts-of-interest.

  • Your high level / summary level profile, without any identity/contact details, without the details of your current/past organizations, may be shared with the recruiter if requested.

 

In the initial evaluation process, your band-level will be decided which will be entirely dependent on your work experience and interviewing skills. There is a pre-defined structure of band and interview rates. Payment per interview will be decided on the basis of your band. This pay-structure will be fixed until next review is done on your interviewing performance.

Upon completion of the interview, you need to submit the detailed evaluation report within 24 hours of the interview completion.

  • You will have to undergo our evaluation process, meet our criteria to be able to get enlisted as the approved freelance interviewer. Once you successfully complete our evaluation process you will be given training on the interview process and code of conduct.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to earn handsome additional money by taking interviews when you are available on week-days or on week-ends. There is no limit to how many interviews you can conduct!

What is there in it for the - Candidate ​

  • If you proactively get yourself individually evaluated from our interviewer, your evaluation report and the video recording will be made available on our portal for your future reference till next 1 year. Upon your request, we can share your evaluation report and the video recording of your interview session to any number of employers within 1 year of your interview.
  • You will have advantage over other candidates, as you will be saving the time, effort and cost of the interview process of your prospective employer for round-one!

This service is an excellent opportunity for you to get yourself tested before you apply for the position in your dream company. Our detailed evaluation report will help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. You can work on your weaknesses and increase the possibilities of getting shortlisted by the employer.

Once you request for your interview, we will search for the appropriate interviewer available for the time-slot you requested. Once the interviewer accepts the request, you will get Text, Email, App based notification of the confirmation.

Freelance Interviewers registered with us are experienced industry professionals. You will be assigned an interviewer who will have more industry experience than you to ensure that you are challenged with tough scenario based questions.

  • We can conduct the interview as per the convenience of the candidate either on any work-day or on the weekends.
